Ariel has more than 18 years of experience in the field of HR, both in internal company structures and as an external consultant.

He provides strategic advice on issues related to the creation and improvement of HR processes – personnel administration, recruitment and development projects, and activities related to shaping and strengthening the desired organisational culture of companies, including building employee engagement programmes and employer branding.

He participated in the creation of the Shared Services Centre of one of the global law firms from scratch, building all its areas.

He has also worked for international HR consultancies and companies in the finance, insurance, retail, legal and tax sectors.

He has experience in HR support for companies in the professional services, PR, retail, GameDev, blockchain, beauty, telecommunications, energy, shipping and defence sectors.
