PAYROLL & HR ADMINISTRATION JUNIOR MANAGER
Barbara has over 20 years of experience in personnel administration, social security, and payroll.
She has practical knowledge of payroll, employee benefits and time accounting. She skillfully interprets employment law and social security regulations.
Barbara prepares and comprehensively maintains HR documentation and internal regulations and policies. She also maintains personnel records and prepares payrolls and settlements of civil law contracts in various payroll systems.
She has gained experience in HR and payroll services for external entities and internal HR departments in private companies and public institutions.
Barbara is attending postgraduate courses in Occupational Health and Safety and Internal Auditing.
