Mateusz, Administration Specialist, has over six years of experience in executing all matters related to facility management and proper functioning – from supervising office maintenance repairs, through management of space allocation and changes, ensuring facilities set up and procedures adhere to applicable laws, policies and best practice guidelines, to fulfilling internal requests for facilities services and supplies timely and cost effectively.

Mateusz is responsible for research and review of vendors, organising tenders, preparing and negotiating contracts and current cooperation with suppliers.

As a car enthusiast, Mateusz applies his knowledge for effective fleet management. With expert knowledge, he can assess clients’ set-up and propose improvements or optimised solutions – from purchase/sell, through service, insurance and financing, and negotiations with vendors.
